Ilex founded iEnterprise in 2012 leveraging his over 25 years of professional experience in investment management and carried on his research interest in sustainable entrepreneurial models, creating shared values via cross sector partnership and his passion to unleash neglected abilities in a caring community.He has been invited to speak in conferences and interacts with NGO and corporate leaders as well as young entrepreneurs through workshops and advisory role.
Ilex is currently the Chairman of iEnterprise Foundation, ESG and Impact Investing Research Committee of Greater China Alternative Managers Association, Cardinalasia Consulting (HKSFC RO of RA4 and RA9), Director of CareER, Organising Committee Member of Hong Kong Social Enterprise Summit, Advisor to Teen Future Association, SHIFTED, HK’s first social finance to Social Impact Bond Development and Information Accessibility Research Association, the first social organisation committed to promote information accessibility in China. He is a founder of SDG Institute of Impact Finance and one of the author contributors to the books, “The Essence and Measurement of Organisational Efficiency” published by Springer in 2016 and “Sustainable Investment – Impact in Asia” jointly published by Asia Asset Management and UNSIF in Jan. 2020.
Ilex supports United Nations’s initiative of Sustainability Development Goals (SDG) to leave no one behind by 2030 and advocates SDG investing perspectives to mobilise capital to developing economies via impact investing and innovative finance. He was appointed as a Senior Advisor to the United Nations Development Programme Sustainable Development Goals Innovative Finance (UNSIF) since 2017.

She has developed iEnterprise Contact Center from an inbound call center to now offering outbound phone Customer Service, online chat service, suiting different communication needs.
Her customer service and quality management has led to the Hong Kong Call Center Gold Award in Corporate Service Responsibility received by our client Hong Kong Broadband (HKBN).
