Ilex founded iEnterprise in 2012 leveraging his over 25 years of professional experience in investment management and carried on his research interest in sustainable entrepreneurial models, creating shared values via cross sector partnership and his passion to unleash neglected abilities in a caring community.He has been invited to speak in conferences and interacts with NGO and corporate leaders as well as young entrepreneurs through workshops and advisory role.

Ilex is currently the Chairman of iEnterprise Foundation, ESG and Impact Investing Research Committee of Greater China Alternative Managers Association, Cardinalasia Consulting (HKSFC RO of RA4 and RA9), Director of CareER, Organising Committee Member of Hong Kong Social Enterprise Summit, Advisor to Teen Future Association, SHIFTED, HK’s first social finance to Social Impact Bond Development and Information Accessibility Research Association, the first social organisation committed to promote information accessibility in China. He is a founder of SDG Institute of Impact Finance and one of the author contributors to the books, “The Essence and Measurement of Organisational Efficiency” published by Springer in 2016 and “Sustainable Investment – Impact in Asia” jointly published by Asia Asset Management and UNSIF in Jan. 2020.

Ilex supports United Nations’s initiative of Sustainability Development Goals (SDG) to leave no one behind by 2030 and advocates SDG investing perspectives to mobilise capital to developing economies via impact investing and innovative finance. He was appointed as a Senior Advisor to the United Nations Development Programme Sustainable Development Goals Innovative Finance (UNSIF) since 2017.

Ir Dixon Kwok

Director

Studied BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering
13+ years of experience in the Construction industry.
Dixon is currently the Project Manager of Social Enterprise, having performed engineering works on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, particularly for steel and RC structural, watermain rehabilitation and replacement work, underground utilities diversion, and green (solar) engineering including overall project management, contractual and commercial issue, civil engineering design, site supervision and coordination, project and contract administration and tender preparation.

Ken Kan

Head of IT and Digital Accessibility Team

Studied Higher Dip. in Computer Systems Administration
7+ years of experience in the IT industry.
As a disabled person he is passionate about application of programming languages especially web and apps development with HTML5 , SQL, PHP, JQuery,Java and Unity3D.

Jimmy Lam

Website Engineer

Studied Bachelor of Computing with Honours in Internet Technology
6+ years of experience in the IT industry
Since the final years of his secondary school education, Jimmy had taken up computer science as his major field of study. He is passionate about development and programming. As a disabled person he hopes to help others who finds web browsing difficult.

Michael Leung

Studied Higher Diploma in Accountancy 
1 year experience in checking web accessibility
He is passionate about his current work. As a disabled person he hopes to promote the importance of more accessibility to the web, making more web pages more accessible to everyone.

Ms Iris Wong

Co-founder & Customer Service Director

Iris brought along 20 years clientele management experience with reputable organizations to iEnterprise.

She has developed iEnterprise Contact Center from an inbound call center to now offering outbound phone Customer Service, online chat service, suiting different communication needs.

Her customer service and quality management has led to the Hong Kong Call Center Gold Award in Corporate Service Responsibility received by our client Hong Kong Broadband (HKBN).
